Serge Aurier was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm on January 12, 2019, after a late night bust-up with Hencha.
The former PSG star was held by police for several hours and missed Tottenham's 1-0 loss to Manchester United on the Sunday.
A spokeswoman for Hertfordshire Police confirmed: “A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of ABH. He has been released with no further action.”
