Chief Paul Sikorski of Davenport Police Department opened a news conference Wednesday by saying an autopsy confirmed that “the remains are those of Breasia Terrell.” Breasia was 10 when she went missing last July. Sikorski said this case now turns from a missing child to a homicide investigation.
